What should i be paid

i work thrice as hard and have 5 times the productivity and also work 3 hours etc than an average worker who works 9 hours on atleast three of the days of the six days our office is open.. an average worker in my office gets x salary with 1/2 my qualification + adding brand value attached to me due to my college .. What should be my salary.. hehe i am not looking for an answer lol... i know the answer, well i just want others to know it as well...
